I fully agree with Jim Cunningham on the need to avoid excessive technical terms in our presentations, preventing the manufacture or sales personnel have difficulty understanding the real situation of company numbers. One way to avoid this is to make some quick meetings with the manufacturing personnel, chiefs and supervisors before the meeting presentation and present certain accounting concepts, if your company uses scorecards, make an explanation of what data is used to prepare the graphs of the scorecard. In a way, we can say that for what it's worth doing a quick ACCOUNTING coaching job with the team that will attend or participate in the meeting results.
