That baby is a doll, that metal rod is not what the little girl needs to play with. I am an American and that baby does not need that hat, their temperature is higher than the girls, plus that fact he was probably 9 pounds or more. Momma put on too much weight during pregnancy. I am sorry but that is not a bath for that baby, no soap, that's nasty. I apologize you are certainly entitled to your believes, and of course I believe differently, plus I spent 34 years as a nurse.
