Very good crystal clear explanation especially Gram Panchayat plots Registered. declared as unauthorised, illegal required to pay LRS. Lakhs of people so far purchased G.P. lay out plots. If GPs not merged in Municipality, can we apply for DTCP ? Please clarify n answer in detail.

Hi sir, I had applied LRS and paid Full & final payment in 2016. My question is my plot situated at hytabad village, shabad mandal. As per HMDA master plan 2031 my plot is conservation Agriculture zone. Is it possible for residential work in future?

Good efforts bro., I have one doubt ippudu Bibinagar lo AIIMS open ayyindi kada, Hospital, Students hostel, Academic and administration building ani different types of building construction chestaru and avi compulsory 4-5floors each vuntay. But meeru annati peri urban jone lo government institutions building construction cheyadaniki permission istudanda..as I have seen few AIIMS, surrounding areas of AIIMS will speedly developed beacuase of more number of staff and faculty, as they have to stay near to AIIMS.. Anduvalla peri urban jone lo vunde restrictions nu Bibinagar lo tisivese avakasam vunda.waiting for u r reply..

Hi Vinod I had taken plot in sangareddy near Ganeshgudda temple mamadpally village. Last month o paid fully amount not registration had done. Venture person had taken signatures on14th aug . Last night I spoken to venture person their told me need to pay LRS. Few concerns As told by them earliest registration land. If thier lay out is approved instead of that also we need to pay the LRS.venture person will pay or party have to pay. For 100sqyards land wht will be amount will charge. Shall we get receipt for this payment. Kindly suggest me
