Let's work with the postulates of Einstein's theory of relativity. And if we apply new technologies for this, using the experience of Michelson Morley on the airplane fixing speed 200, 300, 400 m/s., we will see how quantum gravity works. Such measurements are impossible on the satellite due to weightlessness.
I would say Physicists need to Understand Consciousness, spirituality, dimentionality and apply those concepts Universally. Logic and reason are more than just the methodology of proofing a theory, or generating the visual or physical proof that a theory is right and being able to repeat it. It's operating from an objective, yet open minded standpoint. It's prioritizing what humanity needs most from a modern day perspective, not in terms of maintaining the status quo, as in more energy, more houses, more jobs more junk, but the necessities in order to survive and thrive indefinitely based on worst case scenarios and present day global patterns. Thinner phones and faster downloads aren't a necessity. It's understanding the time scale necessary to achieve such goals and developing the means of implementing such systems. It's being rational enough to prioritize and explore the potential negative outcome or effects of potential experiments and systems developed, the effects they may have to the planet, the sun, the Universe, long term. It's prioritizing the effect on the planet and thus us, as well as, the efficiency of all energy, mining, exploration, transportation and housing systems and incorporating multiple, if not all, known fundamental laws and various principles of physics into the various builds so as to incorporate multiple means of generating energy into one build, or having multiple uses of a various object. E.v's will not cool or save the planet for instance. Transporting empty space, either by gas or electric just isn't smart or efficient. Scientists should have a backbone and snap out of it. Especially if governments Tax or regulate the smaller ones that do use less resources, or could generate energy while in motion but don't. Apartment buildings could store, filter and generate energy from rain water, as well as house people. That's smart, not a fridge that tracks expiry dates. What makes Physicists think the Universe starting with a giant explosion makes sense, or was necessary to generate mass or matter? Every system developed based on that belief has done nothing but create waste and pollution. The Universe did not get to this point by wasting and polluting as a by-product of generating mass and energy. That comes from a lack of understanding as to our interconnectedness, arrogance and impatience... The big expansion. A sphere, like every other celestial body we've observed that either generates gravity or a magnetic field and produces mass and energy at various scales, over longer periods of time than humans seem accustomed to, seems much more plausible...
