Sirji namaste, mera ek sawal hai pls iska answer bataiye, jaise ki aapne kaha ki relive, realise aur release ye hai meditation aur breath awareness present ko focus karna hi meditation hai,toh guided meditation mein humein kyun visualise karwate hain ki light aa rahi aapke charo taraf phel rahi hai ta rainbow dikh rahi hai... In sabki kya zarurat hai? Jabki visualise karke acha toh lagta hai usi moment pe light feel bhi hota hai... guided meditation sirf aur sirf breath awareness pe kyunnahin hoti phir.. Visualisation agar illusion hai toh kyun karate hain?
I think it is just like if someone is suffering with acidity time n again then one need to go in past and check what he has eaten wrong or find out cause of acidity by self analysis.so that with that knowldge in present n in future that can be avoided to get rid of acidity.here past refrs to day before acidity problem.we need to learn from past experiences and analysis
