For metro monthly pass u can take dependa on the zone easily it can reduce the cost 70% For car you can prefer used car thats just 3 to 5yrs old it wil be well conditoned and better maintenance car u can choose Nissan or Toyota models ..better choise camry,nissan tida,kicks..and decent mileage..if ur communting 1k km petrol spend only wil be 400 to 600...
