Some things break. Others benefit from the same kinds of shocks. Those are 'anti-fragile'. It's a term coined by Nicholas Nassim Taleb in his book of the same name (geni.us/7JvX). I describe what I understand by the term and how it applies to Project Management.

Such great advice. Well said, and agreed. We need to develop anti-fragility in various aspects of our lives. Using stress to become stronger is a choice. Things will go wrong, remain nimble and creative. Having contingencies in place ahead of time saves time & resources in the long run. You are spot on, having a “plan B & C” for your “plan B” keeps things on track just as “ 2 is 1 and 1 is none” is always beneficial because at some point, to some extent, things will go sideways. Your ability to adapt & carry makes all the difference.
