This makes so much sense of my world and that of a couple of clients. Lord my startle reflex is ridiculous! There is a lot to think about in practical terms. Is there evidence of response to ketogenic diet? Carnivore diet? Both seem to have strong brain supportive / inflammation reducing effects.
