Fear is another thing being perceived. Another thing such as Joy, Anger, etc. All that visits you, from the most terrible offense to the priceless gratitude gesture, all parts must be received equally. The things I understand are treated the same way as the things I don't understand. The things the body wants are treated the same way as the things the body fears. All that the mind could "do" in fact, is being whatched while fearing, loving, doubting, finding out, forgeting, remembering, etc. There is only one thing happening: the miracle of perception, wich is beyond the body senses or mind, because even the senses of the body and mind are included in this perceiving flow. All the time, everything has the chance to be noticed by this presence. Intelligence and it's absence; ignorance and it's absence, balance and it's absence. Even the sense of being the body has space in this endless hugging presence that stands still just whatching every emotion that emerges, almost if it were willing for them to freely flow and happen as they please. So, my friend, there is nothing wrong about noticing a hardship. You can't receive it the same way you receive a gift, naturally, but it could make you meditate about "what kind of treatment is that wich suits both opposite experiences?" This was the best way the mind could write it down: Peace doesn't rewards you more than Chaos. Chaos doesn't punish you more than peace. Let the mind think about it's willingness to choose and avoid things. There is peace in the absence of chaos. There is chaos in the absence of peace. One have relations with another. The mind plays the fool sometimes, but even the fool finds just enough space inside this awareness. The fool may find that it's backpack is in need of more good things to add to it and other bad things to throw away, but even the fool is a thing in the backpack. There is no book able to change the world if there is no reader. There is no understanding able to motivate actions if there is no presence to perceive it while happens. Oh, I just wrote too much

You’re right. The illusion of being an individual realizing Oneness is another position of the “seeker energy” that is the illusion itself. Nonduality is when the “I AM” falls away and it’s just what is happening, as is, without an individual or other. When you look at the moon, where does the seeing happen? In your consciousness? In your optic nerve? In your pupils? In the waves of light between you and the moon? Or the surface of the moon? Where does the seeing happen? You cannot say where “everything else” and you are apart. In a dream, what is the dream made of? Where is a dream happening? Same answers.

Reading Alan Watts' Way of Zen helped me recognize an experience of nonduality a few years prior as awakening insight 🧘‍♂️📿

It's a Hindu concept from Advaita vedanta....the literal translation of the word Advaita in English means non-two,one without a two !

@i hate this generation All matter is energy, all energy was created in one instance. The energy that was created at the start of this reality is fixed and static in quantity, but mutable in form. This means nothing is permanent, meaning everything changes, time is the only factor that allows us to periceve the gaps inbeteen the nothingness and what we call consiunessness. Time what ever it is, allow us to view the transformation of the matter, but is that matter really transforming or are we just viewing it, as a keyframe, if you know anything about animations, you'll know that set points are interpolated to paint a moving pictures. The nothingness is when your consciousness or your specific individual point of being (which is a factual of the infinite source), is unable to move throughout time, and how do we know that, those points in time really "exists." The cia released documents saying the world is holographic in nature and that time is a mere illusion of the reality we create for our selves (im not kidding look it up), so I argue that while your objective experience may be real to you, its really no more real than any dream youve ever had. Those characters in your dreams are unware that they are dream characters, as is your own personal avatar. Whos to say that the beings inside your dream arent real, yes they're apart of you, but does that make them any less real? they are projections of you, and your dream self doesn't know the difference. So, i conclude, first of all you sound like a know-it-all and kinda like a dick, so you should be more open to the idea that your way isn't always the answer and should be willing to listen to others, but the main point is that your objective reality to me is no different than that of another person within a dream. We are all projections of the source conisouness, and in that we are alone. we are an infintie being tricking our selves into believing the universe and reality as we know it isnt a sick dark black shit hole so we incarnated our source being into infinite fractauls, making sure to forget who we are because the truth is, while the world and everything around is beautiful, its the best god damn lie mankind has ever told. So yeah, take this how you will, hopefully you can start to walk the path of oneness, that millions if not billions already walks (Hinduism supports this idea and has over 1.2 billion followers). Have a good life dude, hope you dont get too full of your self and lose sight of the true meaning of life.

@@redstonespuuunge6695 I think looking into dialetheism and paraconsistent logic would be a better way to understand nonduality. That is, true contradictions! E. g. “This sentence is false” is a true contradiction, a dialetheism. That is to say that the contents within consciousness are true contradictions in the sense that they are ultimately qualia (you experience a sight of a sun, the warmth of day, the duration of sunlight, etc.) with quantitative measurements we can ascribe to, which them in themselves are empty of qualia.
