when a master cuts money from wages of his servant from salary as penalty of breaking crockery it is also justice... this justice given. when a crowd capture house of owner and take take many fold money of that penalty taken from servant is also a justice... this is called justice taken. so justice is relative to time, place, situation and people

Which is not in your heart

Point is that in Mughal time Sharia law was the only law on which lawyers of that time took pride. Have some word about that too. The word dharma is not clearly defined in Hindu religion. Smriti, 6 darshan, upanishad, puran, all give different definition of dharma. Buddha gave a different definition of dharma altogether. So is jain, bhakti and others. Each definition is different from others. So what is dharma then ?? If you choose one and reject others, you have to give a reason for that. What reason you're gonna give ?? To cut long story short there is no uniform definition of dharma in Hinduism. If you try to create one, I don't know if there's rebellion or not. And so how you're gonna do bhartiyakaaran of indian laws ?? It is a near impossible task and very risky. There's every risk of rebellion or uprising in India.

Summary: origin bad so everything bad. I can't believe people take this guy seriously.
