I never knew what an Obeya was, but after watching this very informative video I understand why it is so important. In many office buildings, we have big conference rooms but many times we aren't able to visually see the necessary materials. As well as in our current remote world many employees work from home where they no longer are able to go into a big room and be there all together. Currently, many employees hide behind their video screens and really don't want anything to do with big meetings. So reintroducing this method to many of those hybrid companies could be very beneficial.
