My 12 years son asked me the same question what is the use of passive voice and really i didn't know this till date. His is just reading voice to get marks only as we did. Every topic you are dealing with has Innumerable ways to approach. Yours is the application of Passive Voice. You blamed many of the teachers for using the by / with / in/ to.... + agent portion to be wrong. While handling the construction of sentences you have to do it all...and there are three things we have to put emphasis on - Subject ( in active ) object ( in passive ) and object + verb ( action ) ( in passive ). Passive is much less used than active. And many other things are there to discuss..... But I can't do it here. Please don't prove others wrong ; try to be better instead.

आप अपने students को English पढा नहीं रही बल्कि अपने students को अनुवादक यानि translator बना रही है। हिन्दी भाषा में English सिखायेगी तो कोई भी student english language को नहीं सीख सकता है कयो की दिमाग तो translate करने मे लगा रहता है।

At 6:37 you said " लोग यहां लैपटॉप रिपेयर करवाते है" so for that mentioned translation is wrong , it should come under causative verb, but after few seconds you said same sentence differently, there in it had different meaning " लोग यहां लैपटॉप रिपेयर करते है”so earlier mentioned translation became right .

Madam u r talking about grammar rules & grammar rules u r killing like passive rule is SUB+IS/AM/ARE+V3+BY+OBJECT so why u r forcing forget subject because active voice subject changes to object & fully u r forcing to consider passive voice as phrases which are called incomplete sentences.

Passive banate time verb ke bad subject aap lga bhi skte hai or nhi bhi lga skte hai...mem ne yhi to btya hai.....isme confusion ki koi bat hi nhi hai....aisa hi padaya hai books me Grammer ki.....mem ki video acche se dekhe aap khud confusion creat na kre...bus mem ne verb ke bad subject ka use nhi kia hai or phle krte the...subject aap use bhi kr skte hai or nhi bhi...object+ helping verb + third form....that's it....
