what is probable cause and what happens if a judge finds no probable cause? 

The law of probable cause is the same, whether there is probable cause is case specific. Was the reason for the stop suspicion on DWI or was it for a specific traffic violation?

@@TexasCriminalDefence officer pulled me over immediately as I drove off,he never wrote me any tickets for anything else or told me why he pulled me over,I am assuming he seen me leave the bar and knew my truck,I was in a small town and already had a few run in with the police and didn't have any kind words to say to them at the time,so I believe I was targeted and he had an assumption I had been drinking.

@@eastside0434 same here.... 3 weeks ago... I was at a restaurant with bar.. had an event met some acquaintances of mine there stayed for 3 hours.. had 2 16oz beer... 12:30 a.m. left... restaurant was on the corner.. parked on the side street... as I was leaving.. from the stop entering intersection turning left... according to the complaint (officer) that seen me didn't stop at stop sign as I took left .... I have a dash cam... reviewed it after 2 day jail released after.. as I've watched it.. i did stop and went through... the headlights was down half block.. how in the world I would of hit him?... as I've turn left intersection .. he did a uturn pulled me over! A witness that stood outside the corner door restaurant said I did stop .. even with my left turn signal lights and took a left! Asked me you know why I pulled you over for.. I said NO sir... "You almost hit me"! huh? so on the summon complaint say's I went through stop sign and almost hit him.. he never said "I went through stop sign" and that's the "PROBABLE CAUSE DWI" ?

I don't recall, but the odds are that he or she was already out of jail when I asked the judge to consider probable cause.
