Hello, My question is, if One person who owns properitorship business, and partner in partnership firm and director in Pvt Ltd company does this person needs to pay PTEC for each role he owns or only one PTEC payment is sufficient.

Hi, Ptec not paid for 2019-20 and 2020-21 pls advise interest rate and late fees for delay payment

There is no concept of late fee in PTEC, You simply have to pay the same with interest. However, you may avoid payment of interest too...as in many of our cases, govt. has not given any notice for non payment of interest. For more queries you may contact us on "gstincometaxqueries@gmail.com"

Sir maine last year register krwaya tha for business purpose . And business shuru nahi huwa ab hamarei ca bol rahe hai 2500 denei hoge kya yeh sahi hai ?
