Pu-erh tea, little studied, I prepare and research pu-erh tea, and I can say that excellent deep fermentation teas are worth developing this segment of the tea market🕺

Thanks for the video! I thought Sheng was always fermented, or at least the fermentation process was in progress? Knowing that, how a mao cha can be a loose Sheng?

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the video! As for sheng, there's no fermentation in its process (at least it shouldn't), and pu'er mao cha means loose sheng. Actually we have mao cha video coming up soon.
