What is RBWs secret?? | First Purple Kiss reaction - My Heart Skip a Beat, Ponzona, Nerdy, 7Heaven 

RBW groups as a whole are truly phenomenal and simply underrated. Mamamoo, Oneus, Onewe, Purple Kiss, and I'm sure the upcoming boy group as well.

I love Purple Kiss so much. Fun Fact Ponzona was written/composed by their Maknae for their monthly Trainee evaluation. A lot of them participate in Writing and Composing for their Music. Their Rapper Yuki is one of the most credited 4th Gen Idols, she writes all of her own rapverses (In a cute Ariel themed Notebook). She is Japanese. Their Maknae Swan was the guide vocals for Mamamoos Wind FLower at the age of 15. They are also all super talented artists.

Some information about the members: the first girl you were really liking in MHSAB with red hair is Chaein, one of their main vocals and lead dancers! She had red-with-blond-streaks hair in Ponzona, blonde in Nerdy, and brown hair in 7heaven. She is one of the members of the choreographer line, along with the two main dancers Dosie and Ireh! Together those three actually entirely self-choreographed My Heart Skip A Beat, including the chain propwork and the swinging camera angles and everything! Dosie had the short blonde hair in Ponzona, Ireh had the long blonde hair. And yes, they both have tons of attitude 😊Ireh is my bias, so I hope that you continue to like her as you get to know them more! Purple Kiss is a group where all the members are really good at dancing and performance, they all serve great facial expressions to the camera. If you want to react to more from them down the line, they have some really really incredible dance covers that I think would make you fall more in love with them as performers. Na Goeun was the member who you thought looked familiar! She was on Produce 48, if you watched that maybe? But people have also said that she looks like Lia from Itzy. Goeun is also a main vocalist and lead dancer. The rapper is Yuki! She writes most of her own raps - not in Nerdy or 7Heaven, but in MHSAB and Ponzona and basically any other purki song you might react to. The reason 7Heaven came out so late in the summer is probably because Yuki was busy competing on Queendom Puzzle through August 15th (she lasted all the way to the finals and finished in 3rd place!). So 7Heaven came out after QP ended. Swan wasn't in MHSAB because she was on hiatus for medical reasons at that time, but she's a member who you seemed to really like and pick out in their other videos! She had pink hair in 7Heaven. But she's easy to recognize because her voice is so unique! Swan is their maknae (she was 17 when they debuted, the only underage member) and one of their main vocalists. I think she's one of the best vocalists in the entire industry right now, she's such a shining gem. I'm excited to watch you explore and hear more from her!

It was so much fun to watch your reactions, and I'm glad you enjoyed these songs! 7Heaven is definitely much brighter and chiller than their other title tracks - even though I love it, their darker and more intense stuff is my favorite also. But don't worry, there's plenty more of their darker concept! Lots of people have already made good recommendations. My personal top picks for a next reaction video would be Sweet Juice (their most recent release before 7heaven), Pretty Psycho, Can We Talk Again (their other predebut track), and Love is Dead. There's also Zombie, their first comeback, which has a Halloween Version Performance MV with a remix of the song and new choreography! So I hope that one day you might check out both of those too. I also highly highly recommend that you include reactions to their intro performance MVs - they don't have one for 7heaven bc it's only a single album, but for every other mini-album they put out a 1-2 minute intro performance MV. Those include some of their best discography and choreography in my opinion, they're really fantastic. Those are Intro: Crown, Freaky Purky, Illusion, Bye Bye Bully, and Save Me!

Loved this reaction! The word "underrated" gets thrown around a lot in K-pop, but Purple Kiss is definitely a group it applies to. There is so much individual talent in this group it's ridiculous, and they deserve the world. When exploring them further, don't miss out on their great dance covers! Their relay dance for EXO's Overdose is probably the best relay dance I've ever seen from any group. Just excellent. Anyway, thanks for the great video, and keep up the good work!

I fell in love with Purple Kiss during the Sweet Juice comeback and I don't regret anything. They are so talented, so beautiful, so... everything ! So I can totally relate to your reaction. I particularly love Swan's voice and her solo debut is really good as well, you should check it out sometime if you got the time ;) (Swan is the one you said you legitimally love in Nerdy xD) Fun fact: Giuk from Onewe has a small cameo in the Zombie mv and he also appeared in the memeM story films, I love to see these small collabs between the company's artists. This was a fun reaction, idk what RBW puts in thier water over there but yeah they're just different. Ponzona is in my oppinion the coolest debut i've seen in kpop. I just love the concept. They are vocally a very strong group with 3 very different main vocals that each bring something different to the table. Swan was the one not in My heart skipped a beat (one of my fav songs of theirs along w the other pre-debut song), her voice is so unique. Dosie is the blond bop in ponzona - she is one of the main dancers and her stage presence is insane Ireh is the red head in Nerdy with the attitude and yes she was the long haired blonde in ponzona she is the other main daner and completely transforms when shes on stage but off stage so bubbly. Chaein is the red head in My heart skipped a beat u fell in love with. She is one of the main vocals and she composes a lot i belive. Goeun - the other main vocal, she does a lot of the high notes and visually stunning, she was the one with the purple hair in Ponzona Yuki the rapper, such a cutie and writes her own rap verses, she was recently in a Mnet show and did really well on it. (Jieun - was the oldest and is the member that left due to health reason) You should check out their other title songs and their b-sides. They are one of the few groups that are a no skip for me. ALSO THEIR INTROS....... just wait till u see those INSANE!!! (I recommend u watch the intros before the title tracts, and then go into the title track) Next i recommend - Can we Talk again (pre-debut; only the 3 main vocals and Yuki sings in it but all 7 are in the MV), Their mmmh cover on 1K, Overdose really dance, Pretty psycho performance video.

Zombie is without a doubt my favorite of their main tracks so I definitely recommend it (plus Giuk from Onewe has a cameo in it lol). I also recommend some B-sides of theirs that have MV's such as Love is Dead, Pretty Psycho, and their pre-debut ballad Can We Talk Again (all three are amazing and they should have been main tracks, imo). And you kept pointing out Dosie as the one with attitude lol.

I can't wait for Zombie and Sweet Juice reactions. I know she's going to love them. * * * * Just in case the novels in the comment section forgot about this, but PurKi choreographs most of their dance routines. Dosie (the blonde with the bob in Ponzona) and Ireh (Blonde with bangs in Ponzona) are usually the ones creating the choreo, but all of them usually have a say here and there.

I can't watch this rn but just know that I love you, I love Purple Kiss and I am so so so happy you're reacting to them! They also filmed a self-MV for Autopilot and they did a dance cover of Black Mirror. But hey what’s not to like.. they are amazing. Yuki their rapper was competing in Queendom for most of the summer… I wonder if that is why this came out later. I hope to see more. They are starting their first US tour with 17 cities and already have my tickets. They are amazing performers and dancers as well.

21:36 Ireh *was* blond in Ponzona, but I think you were referring to Dosie? She had the short blonde bob. Ireh had long blonde hair. In Nerdy Dosie is the center at 20:53. I would highly recommend reacting to the guide made by "Heaven". Its called "a (hopefully) helpful guide to purple kiss [2022 update]". Slightly outdated at this point but still an excellent guide for getting to know the members! Besides the title tracks you're missing, I highly recommend their intros! They're always amazing. ha, not sure about their timing of songs and comebacks because they have released halloween themes songs in summer - like nerdy last year in july. Or their first comeback Zombie in early sep 2021. PK is a group with many awesome b-sides. "love is dead" is probably one of my personal all-time favorites also with "pretty psycho". Both of them have MVs

For me, their songs are just masterpieces. I hope you would like their other songs too. Of course whatever song choose will be awesome.

Nerdy is sooo underrated~ So glad you enjoy their more concept-heavy (darker) songs too!! If you'd like to dive into Purky, this may sound uncommon but I highly recommend their debut trailers, where each of the members had a short solo song with a little mv that showcase their different vocal tones.

Aaaahhh!! I love Purple Kiss so much!!! Nerdy was my anthem last year. It was my most played song of the entire year. 🥰 I would love for you to check out more from them! Obviously all the titles but their albums are also just impeccable!! I'm totally with you, I don't believe in stanning companies but I ult literally every RBW group. Like, there is no other company that so consistently caters to my taste and their artists are all just ridiculously talented.

As good as their title tracks are, the b-sides are even better! I was OBSESSED when Ponzona popped up in my feed out of nowhere, sometime around their debut... I am not a fan of cutsie/super bright concepts and immediately fell in love with the witch theme... since then they've become my ult girl group because I legit love every single song of theirs. With the exception of their latest, which took a minute, but I enjoy it now... even though it doesn't have the same unique production quality and richness in their vocals, and obviously it's very bright... I understand why it was rushed out and just hope it's not a sign RBW isn't sticking to their guns when it comes to their overall concept.

first of all, purple kiss are my 2nd ultimate group and i've followed them for 2 years so if you want to know anything in particular i will have the answers. purki do not have one set concept, they always try something new. the title track for their first comeback (zombie) is much more along the lines of 7heaven, so that style isn't too new for them. especially when you get into their bsides, they have many brighter songs as well as the darker stuff you liked. one thing i want EVERYONE to know about purple kiss is that they are very involved in making their songs. yuki (main rapper) has written most of her own raps and she's japanese so korean isn't even her first language. chaein also writes a lot as well as composes, and the other members do their fair share as well. currently yuki has credits on 25 songs (2nd most out of all of 4th gen female idols), chaein on 10 (some of which were solely written by her with one co-composer), goeun on 8, swan on 5, dosie on 3, ireh and jieun on 2. and they only have 37 songs! they also do some choreographing for songs such as my heart skip a beat, cast pearls before swine, and love is dead. essentially, they're extremely talented and deserve all the attention and love in the world.

Please do more Purple Kiss. The other title tracks are Zombie (you must watch the Halloween version as well as the regular it's completely different and I prefer it), and Memem. Pretty Psycho is the B-side you'll like best. All of the title tracks (except 7Heaven) have intro tracks that are short but amazing Intro Crown, Freaky Perky (remade into Pretty Psycho), Illusion, Bye Bye Bully, and Save Me. The red head in My Heart Skip a Beat is Chaein my bias. The choreo (including camera placements) of that was made by 3 members Dosie, Ireh, and Chaein. All of them have writing credits and Chaein in particular has written and composed some of my favorite b-sides. Yuki the rapper was one of the winners of Queendom Puzzle. You may be recognizing Goeun from Produce 48 where she was one of the finalists. They also have an amazing set of covers. Their relay dance of Overdose, Chaein and Ireh's vocal and dance cover of Breakup with your girlfriend, and the groups dance and vocal cover of Kai's Mmmh are a few of my favorites.

So much to say about these girls. They're my #2 group, behind Dreamcatcher - but only just barely. As far as I know, the only group with two main dancers, and three(!) main vocalists. The only group where I have no individual bias. OT7, all the way. (Though if I were forced at gunpoint to choose just one, I'd probably choose Dosie. There's just something... alluring about her.) Also, advance warning: brace yourself for 'Memem'. Goth Chaein? Deadly!
