Why you connect everything to science? Philosophy is not science. Philosophy means thinking logically, rationally and giving logical and reasonable arguments. Like- what is right morally? This question is a philosophical question not a scientific question. You can use science as a tool, but ultimately you have to provide reasons for supporting your arguments.

Consciousness is considered as a hard problem in objective science. In Advait vedanta GOD is just considered as a very powerful & Highly capable being but he is byproduct of creation. God is not Fundamental to creation.
