Again there is wrong declaration, the dividend paid is taxable only if the company follows the new corporate tax regime where the dividend tax is payable at the end of the investor though Mindspace REIT is paying the full corporate tax as old scheme hence there is no taxation at the end of the investor on Dividend earned
Why you gyes invest in long term when you have 0 patience. Gyes if you invest in a stock for long term so instead of looking stock price you have to look to balance sheet and stock related news. Sahil is one of the top expect in fundamental so dont judge him with one year invest. If you want to invest for 6 months to 1 year go for technical analysis. 👍

@@sandip5425 the rental yields in India are less than outside India, you have to pay maintenance charges every year which gets deducted from the rent, there is no insurance if property is not rented then investors loose money and it is very hard to exit.
