Years ago when I was in weekly Oneness calls I heard that “Life is All About Relationship!” It’s when we engage & interact with one another that we learn about Ourselves! You cannot experience YourSelf alone… that’s why we need one another to reflect & mirror back ourselves. To see ourselves through each other’s eyes & ourselves within another. When you grasp this it’s all so magical & amazing how we attract ourselves over & over again - All of Ourselves, not just the stuff we admire but what we despise is meant for us to appreciate & embrace! It’s why I love this crazy thing called Life! ❤

I love reading old books especially astrology from the 1980s as I was growing up in that era. I have a few Linda Goodman books and The Prophet. Elvis was given this book (The Prophet) by his hairdresser in the mid 1960s and it changed his whole outlook on life, that’s when he started searching within himself. Isn’t it great to look back on these books to see how life has changed and we just realise how time goes quickly. But if you believe in past life like I do time is irrelevant. I really like your smiling, happy, refreshing approach . Thank you 😊

Ha, "A checkpoint for weird people but the good kind," reminds me of something a dear friend said about me about 20 years ago, "She's crazy, for sure, but it's the endearing kind." I, too, immediately remove and toss the annoying book jackets; they make holding and reading the book painful! Loved the whole checkin and you!

I absolutely LOVE Linda Goodman too! There is a lot of mystery surrounding what became of Linda and she is even rumored to be living in rural New Zealand. My all time favorite book of Linda's is call 'Star Signs... The Secret Codes of the Universe'. In this book Linda begins by sharing how she was guided to a geographically elevated location to channel/write this book, that being Cripple Creek in Colorado. She soon discovered this was exactly the same location that Nicola Tesla had performed many of his electro-magnetic experiments... a must read! I've proclaimed for years now... if I was ever to be stranded on a desert island and only allowed to have ONE book with me 🏝I would choose 'Star Signs' 👣 Thanks for another wonderful sharing, Magic & Spice from Downunder 💜

Hey, thank you for sharing these ideas and suggestions. About Robert Burns, I think you might like to check out Eddi Reader's "Songs of Robert Burns". She is a very talented Scottish singer (vocalist of Fairground Attraction 80s band and also owner of a impressive solo career) and this is another very cool way of getting to know the work of the greatest Scottish poet!

Oh my... Khalil Gibran 🙏 The first time I heard a friend recite one of his poems I couldn't stop crying. All I can say is I was profoundly moved by the power of his words. I was quick to seek out who was behind these powerful words and begin adding these books to my collection. A prophet indeed! What is the name of the poem that was read at you're sister's wedding?
