All religion sects and different practices are man made and each man made religion sects practices are passed down of the fundamental truth of the truth of God's word. So that being said religion is the study and practice of getting closer to God's word. The real question is what type of God and so called god's word do you serve and how and why. If Your called to serve God and the actual word of God and the message based on your place in the world cause some of the word of God is interpreted in different ways. However, what is the fundamental underlining truth you are following and proclaiming. God has many names and interpretations for a reason.
