Can I ask courts regarding details of notices issued, responses, reasons filed by other side advocate etc, which are not known to us and we feel that number of adjournments are going on without any results. In one case LOC is recalled. The accused freely came to India and went back to USA without attending this particular case. We are unable to know the details. Our advocate is not bothering.
