Of course we should also keep such systems. Russia is increasing it's power continuously with these systems and we, Indians are going towards very bad relations with China. It's not clear if there will be a big war between these two powers or not. If the war starts whom will Russia support, is also a unpredictable issue. Hence, India should do quick responses to get these type of systems.

Regarding system like dead hand for india the case of agni-5 missiles tells alot...when india tested agni-5 there is no major threat of sanction from international community... If india built trust in international community that it is only made for defensive purpose to counter threat from Beijing....like agni-5 so There is no problem except Range of system and cost of maintaining...

Both are very agressive . Dead_Hand will ensure the capability of Bharat. Enemy has to thing 1000 times before any agressan. In short To insure the security of Bharat We need DEAD_HAND.
