WHAT is Stop Loss Coverage 

The number one concern I hear from employers when talking about “self-insured” plans is that they don’t want to be responsible for all the claims. Stop Loss or reinsurance is how you protect yourself. And, guess what… If you are fully insured, your insurance company has reinsurance already built in your plan. SO, you already have it and use it… you just don’t see it clearly. I am going to show you how to see it clearly.
