The only downfall of back child support is that that monies have already been spent as the child support debt rises . To consider this as earned income is wrong, because these monies was already spent through raising the child from infant to adulthood.

The sad part about SSI is that it's a fast track to "Forced Poverty". Many elderly and disabled are stuck on SSI, for a number of reasons, when they should be getting SSD. This is how our government creates poverty. Come back at me and I'll give you the statistics and cold hard facts about SSI.
@@thegreatest3371 you're allowed to have (1) home and (1) car. Even if the house is paid for. You still have insurance and taxes to pay. Your food stamps may be reduced by SSI and SSDI; but SSI/SSDI won't be affected by food stamps or owning a home.
