If you have ANY type of stew, you can have tahdig with the rice as well. You can add some stew on your tahdig and it will change your life...

@@NimasRU-vid @Nima's thanks a lot♥️👍🏾 Just to be clear..😅 When you said you can put some vegetables at the bottom of the pot.. Is it still a side dish or you can put some spices and turns it to a main dish?

Good question! So tahdig is always a side dish. It always goes with whatever you are serving with rice.
