Yes; I got ACT connection for 400 mbs. But when I checked the speed I got only 250 mbs. When I asked they gave a funny explanation. Only offices having big computers will get such speed. We have to consider only transfer rate. I use 100 mbps fiber plan of bsnl. The transfer rate is around 13mbps. And use Jio 5G in my smartphone. The speeds fluctuate around 1 Gbps. And the transfer rate is around 110mbps.
