Just found out that v2.0 is only recommended for use on Mac OS 10.15 (Catalina) and later. I'm using an older iMac running on 10.12.6 (Sierra) and cannot upgrade beyond that. Version 1.10.6 has run flawlessly, but now I find that I cannot upgrade my Affinity software to 2.0. I cannot afford to purchase a new Mac just to be able to upgrade to v2

@@bendesignsmedia Yep. I've been hitting a lot of the videos touting V2 in hopes that Affinity, or others in my same predicament, will take notice and possibly arrive at a solution were I might be able to use V2 on my older iMac. Was even hoping that I could load V2 on an iPad, create using Designer, then save it backwards as a V1 file (like you can do in Illustrator) to then use on the old iMac. But even that is not possible. So I'm just trying to drum up support for myself and others in my same situation. Keep up the great work you're doing. As long as I can still use V1, I'll be checking out your tutorials for info. Love Affinity so far. Just wish I could use V2 on a machine that supported V1 with no problems.

Just wondering because I had the craft artist 2 program but it is now not working well and if the affinity program has the decoupage tool

Sorry, I'm not sure what the decoupage tool is, can you explain and I can let you know if there is something like that in affinity.

@@bendesignsmedia The decoupage tool was simply one where you could take an image place the decoupage tool place over the top of image using the shape you wanted ie heart. Rectangle etc click and you will then have 4 piece of cut out heart you then print out place base on card stock then add the rest of the cuts on that in order very effective if I could I would rebuy or even re download the craft artist program but cannot find it to do that but even so if the affinity has that tool I would buy it Thank you for you reply Steff

@@steffycrewdson2891 I am not aware of anything like this in any Affinity program, I'm sorry. I think they are built more for digital design than for physical crafting.
