Imagine leave your dog unsupervised for a day and he in this time nearly brings apocalypse for civilisation of different planet(and it has been predicted hundreads of years yearlier on that planet)and then u casually send someone to take him back home like nothing serious happened. How powerful Surtalogi must be to have such a pet

The primordial sea looks like a brine pool in real life the way it interacts with the seawater when you see it at the bottom

When I heard the word samsara in Sumeru I already knew that the story was going to escalate quickly, after all when the term was introduced in Honkai the game turned upside down

Not to mention that Childe is the catalyst for this Narwhal to come into Teyvat, and that this very Narwhal is depicted in his constellation "Heavenly Narwhal" - Monoceros Caeli.

omg thank u 😭😭 I felt like nobody paid enough attention to the transcendence of this Archon Quest. The Primordial One and the Heavenly Principles won’t stay with their arms crossed now that the Seven have been turned into the Six, and a Dragon regained ALL OF HIS POWER?!?!?!? Also, the Narwhal kinda resembles a dark hole, but beyond that, it’s the confirmation that there are far more things beyond Teyvat that we could ever imagined. The first regions had very concrete problems, that were contained to the region itself, but Fontaine catastrophe involved all of Teyvat, so the stakes are getting higher and higher. It’s a totally new stage

Tho it seems like the rise and fall of Teyvat's civilizations follows a pattern and is cyclical the incident of prophecy wasn't a naturally occurring (in the sense of a natural rise and fall along with time) but this prophesied fate was forced onto Fontaine as the incident was added into Irminsul long ago as punishment to Ageria

The hydro eidolons remind me of remeberance in star rail for some reason.

Dainslief. It all comes back to him? The head of the Royal guard of Irminsul and then later when he is cursed with immortality, the Boughkeeper with access to Irminsul. Have never trusted him. Maybe because he has been spying on Kaeya and is so condescending to him because Dainslief heritage is pure Khaenri’ahn. Kaeya is only half Khaenri’ahn, though he has begun to figure out what is going on. It sounds like Lumine and Aether will have a bone to pick with Dainslief in the end.

Something I do not get, is why the gods would craft a fate to punish Egeria/the hydro archon on the throne and her oceanid humans, which would also destroy the rest of Teyvat. Like, the rest of the nations are innocent, why should they be punished? It feels more and more like not even the gods in Celestia are actually controlling or doing anything, but it make it weirder that Furina had to fool them. Or did she actually fool them at all? Why did she only need to fool the humans to fool Celestia? Celestia should know what gods are like and notice that she wasnt like that. It bug me so much.

The flooding of Fontaine that actually happened in-game should have sent a huge torrent of water down those waterfalls and into the rest of the planet's waterways, overflowing those banks and flooding everything in a tsunami. But who needs to think about huge-scale water displacement events in video games when we were only , am I right? Maybe Neuvillete fixed it...

What confuses me is that the whale is not native to Teyvat? As far as we know Irmusul only controls Teyvat natives. Meaning descenders and those beyond the world are unaffected. So i am puzzled about how the prophecy made by celestia can affect the whale in rhe first place since it neithe belongs to them nir should it be affiliated with them or teyvat. Although it left me wondering what if the proohecy wasnt so much a preordained disaster but a warning. Like it was literally just meant to say.. hey you broke the rules so hears what will happen. The people will dissolve and you will attract monsters thst might kill you all. Fontaine: stop telling us what to do. Celestial: fine...we warned you

Some question about the lore: Appreciate any answer!!! 1. The water will rise and dissolve all, but there are many very tall mountains also fortress of merepede, why can't people hide there? 2. Fontaine is already higher than other places, with waterfalls surrounding it, wouldn't the flood go through other region as well? 3. If the primordial sea is the origin of all life, why only Fontaine people were special? Where do people from other regions come from?

I am sorry but I still don't understand few things. How was the narwhal the root cause of water level incresing? The water level incresing was due to primoridial water entering the "normal" water (and supposedly erasing all fontainans) but how was the narwhal fault? Secondly: the arrival of the narwhal in the primoridial sea a punishment from heavenly principles to Fontaine or just a random event? What was the punishment from Celestia to Egeria and humanized oceanids?
