My first drone was the HS 175D, all I had was bad experiences with that drone. Then I bought the DJI mini 2se fly more combo and all I can say is that I will never buy anything but a DJI ever again. The difference between the two drones is night and day. I am so happy that you tell it like it is with cheaper drones. For those of us new to drones, we don't need bad experiences with a junk drone that preforms badly. Keep up the good work and telling it like it is. Thank you so much.

Sound like me. Had the hs175 d hs720, hs720e. While I thought the 720s were pretty good the 175 was terrible. Then I broke down a got the mini se. I sold all my other drones after that. The DJI drone is incredible, I even got the Air2s as an upgrade. I don’t think I’ll own any other type of drone.

Proud mini 2 fly more combo owner since new and i still love it. Maybe when a mini 4 drops i may be in the market but that 600 combo is hard to beat even if its older

The Mini 2 SE fly more combo is on sale right now for under $500. I was almost ready to pull the trigger on the mini 3 fly more but with this new sale I've been really thinking about the mini 2 SE. Any advice from past/current users?

Honestly, thank you so much for clear, concise and objective reviews on these three. I'm looking to buy one as my first ever starting drone and yes, very conflicted .. the two DJIs are spot on my two choices of the three, for the reasons you've very well clarified and substantiated.. but the third option is SJRC F22S PRO, which from what i've gathered is supposedly even better than cfly faith2 .. have u tried SJRC drones yet? Your advice and input would be very much appreciated! Thank you again.

Tenho um cfly mini, estou bastante surpreendido com a qualidade do video e estabilidade para um drone tão barato, gimbal de 3 eixos não se vê em drones baratos. Já consegui 2950 metros de distância, o que confirma o que o fabricante promete 3000 metros

If your looking for great range the mini 3 will out perform the mini 3 pro even though the pro on paper has 2km potential extra range over the base model. Plus the mini 3 has a bit longer flight time and the exact same camera as the pro it just doesnt have all the features unlocked like the pro. Buying the mini 3 flymore combo for less than just the pro model by it self is a great deal.

Good info, thanks. DJI Mini 3 Pro is awesome. The only thing I would disagree on is when you said that the Autel Evo Nano + could be thrown out the window in favor of the 3 drones you talk about. The DJI drones beat it in most performance categories except the most important one... The camera. Its recorded footage is superior to even the DJI Mini 3 Pro, especially in low light conditions. The other bells and whistles aren't that important to me compared to the quality of the video. Hardly recommend throwing it out. Admittedly, it is fairly expensive, but the price has been coming down a bit lately. Keep up the great videos! 😊

Make no mistake mini 2, not the self, good enough for professional results. Jack used to disclose that opinion all the time b4 the mini 3 became the bread and butter maker lol.

Great video and good points made here. As far as the C-Fly Faith Mini, yes, it’s affordable, flies okay and has a “beginner” camera with a 3-axis gimbal BUT I don’t think its worth buying it yet until C-Fly can fix a lot of the issues that this mini has. I want to support them and have for a while now but the truth is that their drones are not quite there yet when it comes to firmware and software performance. I say wait till they refine it a bit more.

There are too many features and too much happening with the mini 3 pro to make it a good beginner drone. A beginner will be overwhelmed. I been flying drones for 7 years and found the mini 2 a lot more intuitive and easier to fly than the mini 3 pro. Plus the mini 2 features will satisfy 90 % of all drone flyers. Only a professional photographer will need what the mini 3 pro offers.

No autel nano eh? That's a shame I'm starting to really like the default color profile. Autel needs to be more aggressive- lower the prices, make more available and support the product better post sales

I’m buying the Mini SE 2 as we speak. I’m tired of these fake little Chinese ones I keep buying and they fly away or have a mind of its own. My last holystone literally flew away and I couldn’t find it. This will be drone number 7 for me.

Paid promotion is different. That is when a companies sends you the product and pays the reviewer. Often they give input or ask for approval before release. I bought the DJI drones myself and I don’t get approval from anyone before I post videos. Yes. Affiliate links can make me a few bucks. Should I not put them. Should I just spend my time and money to make these videos without them? I make videos that show good and bad. I try to be as fair as possible. But if you don’t think that is the case then I don’t think you should use any of my links. I want to earn that.

Agree. Mini 2 SE is best value for money. Of course with extra battery and carrying case, and for me Litchi or Maven, it's closer to $500. One thing I do not like about DJI is you're being treated like 5 year old kid. Can't do this, can't do that. And maybe you should have included a under $100 drone? It won't have stabilized video. But pictures could be OK. S6S or something. People who can afford a DJI Mini 3 Pro should build up some confidence with a cheap drone in my opinion. Money only makes you richer. Not smarter.
