Hi guys! In this video I go over the best build for Stalker with my late/endgame One Shot One Kill Build in Xenoblade Chronicles 3 for Patch 1.1.0!
The reason we can’t rely on In Cold Blood is because like I said in the video Debuff Resistance is very high when fighting late/endgame enemies. I tried using Segiri’s Machine Assassin Blade because the Art Terror Onslaught has the Reaction text: Inflicts Resistance Down when Art hits enemy rear. This is the one Blade in the game that was suppose to make Debuff Builds work but get this: Endgame/Lategame Enemies RESIST this Art. Even with the Sappy-Sappy Drain Master Skill which increases Debuff Effects by 25% doesn’t help. There’s no Accessories or Gems in the game that help us increase our success rate of afflicting a Debuff so this why I came to the conclusion that Building for Bleed is a trap.
Even our own Art Driving Arrow has the Reaction text: Inflicts Bleed when Art hits enemy rear. With a text like that it seems like a 100% chance as long as you meet the positional requirement, right? WRONG! This can also be resisted.
This is what lead me to just build my teammates to have a chance to inflict a Bleed. I just focused on doing the most damage as it does boast the highest Ether Potency outside of Soulhacker!
Hopefully in a future patch they improve Debuff builds or the DLC adds something. One can hope …
