This is a pretty “textbook” way of looking at training. Keep in mind that everyone will respond differently to different types of training. There are some people who could train only powerlifting and still perform at their best. Others may respond better to plyometrics than typical resistance training.

Not a whole lot. Not as much as people think. Your time could be better spent doing 10,20, and 40 meter sprints. As well as some hurdles and box jumps.
