Jujutsu Kaisen has an amazing power system. But to simplify what the power system is… Cursed Energy is an energy kind of like Nen from Hunter x Hunter born of negative emotions. Every person is born with a certain amount of Cursed Energy. Someone with Cursed Energy though cannot control them are Non Sorcerers, think of them as your run of the mill society contributor. But for those who can actually wield and control their Cursed Energy are Sorcerers. Now what can Cursed Energy be used for? Cursed Energy from Non Sorcerers can leak out through their negative emotions, forming Cursed Spirits, essentially the main bad guys. Though for Sorcerers, Sorcerers can use their Cursed Energy to reinforce their body, meaning they can make their attacks stronger along with using it to defend themselves as well, basically enhancing their entire body or certain parts of it. A Sorcerer’s Cursed Energy is their main power source as you can see by the show. Some Sorcerers could have low Cursed Energy like for example, Mai Zen’in. Or someone could have infinite Cursed Energy like Satoru Gojo. Every Sorcerer has their own set of Cursed Energy in output and in reserves, while of course this can be trained to be improved, this is usually the power floor for them and their reserves would need to take higher measures to train. I’ll leave that vague for those who don’t understand yet, just covering bases. Now, what else can Cursed Energy be used for? Cursed Techniques From Birth, every Sorcerer has a Cursed Technique etched into their soul (which is really their body.) These Cursed Techniques can be either innate which is a random power, or they could be inherited from one’s clan/family. Cursed Techniques are what Sorcerers can output their Cursed Energy into aside from their own body. These powers can do anything, for example: Ryomen Sukuna’s Technique: Shrine Sukuna's cursed technique allows him to launch slashes at various ranges to cut through objects and space, as well as unleash destructive flames. There are many other techniques but, you’ll learn them easily within the first two seasons of the anime.

JJK power system feels like a Redditor trying to make their fanfic of Bleach + HxH n failing miserably at both especially since Gege gatekeeps Domains to Gojo n Sukuna, like 20% of the verse have Domains n 98% of them, rarely ever use them to their fullest extent or utilize the flexibility of Partial, Incomplete or Innate Domains.
