What is the best passing style in EA Sports College Football 25? 

WOW.. you are literally the only person on YT to actually break this down properly instead of just saying "hey use this because its the best setting". BTW this reinforced my thoughts on Revamped passing.

The deep ball feels so smooth with revamped

They were in soft squats so they followed since no one was in the flat they followed the outside streaks. Werent in normal clouds.

Absolutely no question that the deep ball is better and more consistent with revamped if you have a qb with under 90 deep acc. My problem with revamped is it’s like how shooting has been in 2k the last couple years where they just change your green timing window for no reason. I think revamped gets you the best out of your receivers downfield but I HATE using it for quick passes because i can never just get that bullet on target like I can on p&a. Love this fucking game either way and as genuinely excited for Madden (crazy).

The 10/20 setting depends on QBs release, you also have to aim before you release the ball.. it’s easy to use, if you have the right speed and understand when to release

I’ve been going back & forth and stressing bc I prefer placement and accuracy for RPOs and quick passing up the seam but putting any touch on deep balls and trying to arc it over the defense is super inconsistent and I regularly get red meters on deep balls. Revamped is so so good on deep balls. I just hate that I feel like I’m breaking my controller on my RPOs trying to get the ball out quickly bc the meter takes longer to fill and then those yellow throws don’t always lead the receiver perfectly like I’m able to do with the blue passes on p&a. You’ve convinced me to try revamped again. I run a pretty RPO heavy offense(Texas playbook) but I think the consistency with the deep ball might be worth it bc I’m missing too many big plays and would be TDs with P&A currently.

Appreciate you breaking this down. Could you do a video on how to scramble with the QB behind the Line of scrimmage like Johnny Manziel use to. My buddy was pulling so wild stuff in me the other day but he won’t tell me what he did to get those animations. He spun out of like 4 sack attempts.

I love placement and accuracy but like you are saying streaks are impossible to hit with arch. How tf is that even possible? So stupid.

The reason you aren’t completing that is because on P&A you still have to hold L1 or LB to do a “high pass”. Revamped you don’t but revamped still has its advantages & cons. I’m used to P&A from madden so I don’t have that many issues with it so I’m trying to learn revamped. But if madden is still P&A I’m just switching it in this game I’m gonna mess up my throws here if I have to do both

Do you still need to use LT to freeform on revamped or is it just left stick used for location (ie. Back shoulder, over top, inside, outside, etc)

Revamped isn't it trying to throw seams vs cover 3 Deep ball is probably onne of the only advantages The lob on placement in accuracy is a very small window to get those baby blues

I have more success with p&a. I'll drop back to revamped at some point but i wasn't getting the leading i wanted. BearDown 10-7 at minimum this year. 4k passing for first time too. If not we are truly passing cursed.
