I became a member of the CBQ Method and I quit on January 20, 2023. This program really does work. Nasia’s program not only helps you become a happy non smoker, you learn so much more about yourself. I often refer to my quit as the “easiest thing I thought I could never do”. If you really want to quit smoking and you’re willing to give it the effort it deserves, this is the only way to do it.
I quit using your CBQ Method on October 3rd, 2021😁🎉 😁🎉 I'm so thankful that I found you, and am forever grateful for your continued videos of help & support😊
@@CBQMethod I'm so happy that I've not "strayed" back to smoking, & made it through many tough & emotional life events. A family member actually mentioned yesterday, that it's been over 2 years since I quit smoking, which means that cigarettes are no longer are part of my thought process at all anymore 😁😁
I have wanted to quit for years now . I have stopped for short spans of time (2 months longest. I haven’t had one since yesterday. I’m thankful that I stumbled onto your channel. Thank you 🙏
Spent least the past year smoke free, didn't honestly think I'd ever give up lol. This method is incredible honestly and coupled with some as I'd put it deep thinking, I had booked some intro session I think way back, but missed it for some reason I am sorry, but it's been great overall thanks ever so much!
I quit smoking by your method, and I was unstoppable for 7 months then I started again when I was under a lot of emotional pressure and I can't come back😭 I started watching your videos again to remind myself how I did it the first time but I'm stuck in the first step. I lost insight in my own behavior and emotions. Can you give me a clue to get out of this freez state?
I packed in smoking using the same method I used to start smoking and I found it very easy i weened myself on cigarettes the same as most people and I weened myself of using 2 filters for a month then 3 filters for a month I haven't smoked for approximately 2 years and it doesn't bother me being around people who smoke actually the smell is horrible
I'm 10 days away from cigs and keep getting lightheaded dizzy nausea bouts, can't tell if it's anxiety, but it gives me anxiety, I had to go sit in my car and lean back at work a few times today. Any thoughts?
I work nights too. And have worked weird hours most of my working life, I went for years using snuff to keep awake, and for the first couple weeks after I quit it was harder to stay awake, and even harder to get to sleep, but I can tell you that as long as you don't give in and start using again, after a couple weeks it gets better
I really want stop smoke 15 cigs a day . im just turned 60 years. I no i can do it i did .a year beore with patches.thank u this time for good. Thanks from karen
I understand where you're coming from. Read comments from other people on this channel and our website, you'll see it can be easier than you may think.
Im not sure where you are from but you remind me as if Bella Lugosi the wonderful awesome Dracula actor had a beautiful sister. No disrespect to you and your husband, not hitting on you, just a compliment observation. You really are one of the best at what you do, it's extremely important for people like you in videos to hit on every single detail you can, because people have very specific questions on this that not everyone experiences. Like me, I did ask a separate question separately because I see it all over Reddit, but not on youtube. The question is about lightheaded nausea dizzy even after some weeks. Anyways, good vids, nice girl, thanks.
