What is the difference between a real and a false twin flame? OR is there a difference 

I love the explanation about whether or not this is your true TF. If I really think about it, the awakening, addressing toxic familial patterns, experiencing the dark night of the soul etc is the main part of this journey no matter how it comes about. This is not a "let me find my true love" journey. It is to address issues and childhood traumas so as to not repeat same cycle. A TF's behaviors, comments, attitudes etc will bring about what needs to be addressed in their twin.

I also met my ‘false twin flame’ before the real one. I experienced many signs, kundalini activation, dark night of the soul, etc but during separation, no matter how much I’d grow things would never evolve between us so I always questioned it because of that and other reasons. Once I sort of let her go and accepted that then literally in a matter of months the real one showed up unexpectedly. When we first met, I didn’t know she was my twin flame but the way we looked into each other’s eyes I just knew we shared a deep soul connection. Fast forward almost a year, after all that’s happened now I know without a doubt she’s my real twin flame 💛

If me and him are truly meant to be it will come to be. ❤ the love I have for him is so real. Even if it’s not me he is with. I get signs that I am on the right path that always lead back to him even when I try moving on🎉 I’m 22 and he is 29. 😅 These past few days I’ve had time to think and sit back and realize this person loved me along. God is telling me to sit back and mind my business. ❤ need to trust the process.

I can relate to when you say there is NO word to describe the love you feel. I feel that even after marrying and living with your Twinflame, the feelings will be hard to express to them too. I think it will be satisfactory only when we will leave our body and literally merge our soul in one. ❤❤❤

After awakening and you see the angel number, how long do you have to wait until your twin flame finally contacts you

I’m done putting labels and am simply moving on after this message, but I’ll use labels for this explanation. I had a spiritual awakening this past May. It was caused by a young woman I met. We split very quickly in the relationship, but despite all of my efforts, I was constantly reminded of her: forgot about her during the day and something would pop up, forgetting about her before bed and I’d have a dream. She caused a great deal of healing and spiritual growth in me. I thought for sure she was my tf. After 7 months, I finally reached out. I was hesitant to before because I’m a df. When I did, I tried my best to explain that I thought we had a misunderstanding before and I wanted to make things right, admitting the feelings I had for her. She responded by unfriending me, so we no longer have each other’s contact info. Some might call her a catalyst or false twin flame. Either way, I’m not putting a label on what she is anymore, that’s the universe’s job. I know what I want in life now, and I’m done trying to figure out what anyone is to me based on a title 😇

This journey for me has not been easy since i have not seen or been in contact with my tf for 35 years. We talked about this in our first call. I had severe childhood trauma that caused me to repress painful memories. This included my tf walking away. He has been with me in my subconscious for 35 years, driving substantial lifetime personal growth, massive trauma healing and i didnt remember ever meeting him when i was 19 years old. Not until Feb. 22 of this year. The repressed memories hit me like a ton of bricks. My spirit guides...thanks, geesh. My life has been permanently changed because i have been happily married to a high level soulmate for 16 years. I never heard of twin flames until a couple months after the memories surfaced. You started your podcast about the same time my memories came back! There are no coincidences...

I don’t buy that there is a thing as a false TF. You either have a TF or you don’t…..

This very thing happened to me. I met a catalyst and it was quite the experience and I thought this person was my otherself.

I had no idea what TF was, nor that Zack and I were...until months after we met. Then the day in June, that came that he shook my hand, hugged me, and as his hand separated from mine....his fingers wisped away in my palm....and I felt electricity, was shocked, and had no idea what had just happened. I knew he felt it too. I even noted it in my phone calendar cause it was unreal!!! It was after that moment, he ran. He was purely scared. I gave him space, after I reached out, chased him a bit. Then after I knew he had feelings, and was in denial.... He would not look at me, messed up the lyrics (he's the singer in my cousins cover band) of my favorite songs, which happened to be about deep love. I didn't want to wait cause of the many years (25+ish) between us, he's shorter than myself, what is going on?... Why do I feel this?...and other physical differences. He was in a very ego state as well. I know he was thinking...what will people say? I don't make alot of money...guys are always coming up to you, and I don't compare to what you could have...etc... It was a few months later where I felt his energy hovering over me, like he was stalking me and I couldn't take it anymore, if he wasn't going to take action towards me, stop looking at my social pages. I unfriended/unfollowed him. The next month/Oct, I saw him and he still didn't look at me, and his energy was very humble compared to previously....almost mad at me all the time. I understood. It ended up getting rained out, and I helped the band pack/unpack to let all the equipment dry out, and we all went to dinner afterwards. Zack's step dad is in the band as well, and he made a comment to me....I think you can handle yourself quite well w/no assistance. I quickly glanced at Zack, and his head was down and was fully in the moment listening, and I said...yes. I didn't go any further cause it was not needed, and wanted to hug him. He knew. After all the years that I have been celibate (including doing and going anywhere I want by myself--so many people are unable to, its quite sad really), working on myself, finally loving myself when we shared our sparks and sent me into another higher journey of myself, I still had no idea we were twin flames yet. Shortly after this night, I discovered it was a possibility and questioned for a couple of months....although the entire time even then, I knew we were. It was too intense and I have never felt that way before. I'm now at complete peace w/our journey. On Christmas day, I took myself (did absolutely nothing w/my family for the Holidays, cause I don't want to be around their negative energy at all anymore) to the ocean. At one point, I felt this intense ache around my heart and instantly started to cry and knew it was Zack. I sent him love back and said it's ok. We have spoken telepathically as well, and been in dreams. I'm at the place where it's not up to me if we meet up again in this lifetime...it's up to him, in every essence. When and if he is ready. I do tell him that if he want to talk (in the 3d) just to reach out, so we can talk and gain each other's perspectives, cause it would be unfortunate that we couldn't do this when we are within 30ish miles of each other....and again, its not up to me. I really try not to think of him, although sometimes it's damn hard not do. I just refocus myself on my journey so he can do his part as well. I have learned so much from him....I send him love and gratitude all the time. I sensed that when I unfriended/unfollowed him I sent him a DM sending love and gratitude, and he probably was shocked, didn't know what to think....and it's all from unconditional love to him. Something that I've been able to give to many people, and yet, I'm in the midst of balancing that out w/all energies around me. Including my family. It's all about me now. Because I DO deserve all that I desire. ❤‍🔥❤❤‍🔥
