I like the example of comparing segmentation to the apples 🍎 in the bucket and using filtered colored sunglasses to sort them by color.

What happens if the same email address is in more than one list and we send emails to many lists? Will the same person receive the same email twice?

No not at all.. when sending a campaign you can put several lists and segments and no matter if people are in more than one of those segments or lists. At the end, Klaviyo just creates one list of all available people for emailing from those lists and if people are in multiple lists, they will only receive email once.

Another quick question! How to send a new flow and target people who are already on your list? I see that my flow will trigger people added to the list but what about those who are already on the list? How do we get them in the loop? Thanks a ton!!
