it takes Mario everything he has to defeat Bowser once during a whole game. It takes rubberband and a piece of gluestrip a single second to defeat 96 Bowsers at once.
you dont automatically get more money when you make a 10min video, there is just an additional option to put adds in the middle of the video (which makes more money) but many channels dont use those even if they make longer vids so then it doesnt make a difference
XekolaXo It does show that he doesn't want to do this for the money alone, more than if he had it be 10+ minutes of content that could be made shorter and no midroll ads
Ceave i tried this back in the day as well, you can theoretically get to 9999999. So when you are in the course bot you have the option to play a world (4 levels), and you don't lose your score there when you die, you just need to play your score farming in the world and have an automatic infinite checkpoint system build in the level. Have fun rubber band! :)
Icay, is that you? The grand Creator of Sorry Juz and Sorry Carl? Well, I usually dont ask for something like that, but maybe you could take a look at one of my Videos called "I shot a Bob-Omb through a Wall". As the Title says, I was able to glitch a Bob Omb through Solid Blocks in one of your Levels. Sadly I wasn't able to record how I did it, but at least I've proven that it is possible. Btw: It would also theoratically be possible in 100 Man, I think the Score doesnt go back to 0 after each Level.
daniel green I’m making one in Mario maker. Metroidvania will always be my favorite game genre, games like hollow knight and Ori and the blind forest are my favorite games ever.
Myself and my buddy Cyan_light have both made metroidvania/labyrinthy exploration levels before, it's kind of our thing. Checkpoint placement is real important in a metroidvania level, sometimes you can use the dual checkpoint system to save your coin progress if it's a red coin level but there are other cases where a level can use checkpoints where there are no red coins in a metroidvania and still be effective, where you'd have the powerups/progression points be able to be completed from where you respawn from the checkpoint. In my level Tetris Fever Dream I use a hub system where upon unlocking a new powerup you can go back to the hub and unlock a gate with that item to get an infinite amount of that item in case you lose it, and the checkpoints are at points where you're about to get a new item so you can use it to unlock it at the hub. You can access my levels here if you're interested: supermariomakerbookmark.nintendo.net/profile/Toddsnegh?type=posted (if a level is tagged as puzzle it is usually a metroidvania) You can also access my buddy Cyan_Light's stuff here if you'd like: supermariomakerbookmark.nintendo.net/profile/FireGlub?type=posted
Ok, in German, tape is called "Klebeband" and some people call it or just a piece of tape "Klebestreifen" which literally (here it's appropriate to use "literally") means "glue strip" or "sticky strip"...
Ceave, you didn't need to make it 9:59 minutes long, you should have put ads in. We wouldn't have minded, you're the coolest Super Mario Maker youtuber ever!
Someone else linked my video in a comment already, but I just want to say thanks for all the attention you brought it by giving it a heart/"love"ing the comment. :)
That final trick reminds me of how I "grinded" enough bolts in Ratchet 1 to buy the RYNO... though in that case, I just had an AC adaptor weigh down the button. It took quite a bit of finangling for it to stay there, but it worked!
I just found out about your channel recently and I love it! You're great! keep making videos! (: I love the challenges you create and as someone who could not recreate this himself, it's awesome!!
999.999.990 is the actual highest score! Look here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iJ_lOrp15is.html Credits to the one and only; Warspy
I just found out that Ross o' Donovan is subscribed to you. Good job, and if you dont know who he is, hes that dude that made those sadistic mario maker levels.
Interviews rubber band and glue strip: Me:yes how did you become the best Super Mario Maker player in the world. Rubber band and glue stripe:sitting there for 6 hours Me:oh Edit Extra: Me:(Plays for a full day) Me:now I’m the the best Super Mario Maker player in the world
That was a parody of Pannenkoek2012's video where he says "...build up speed for 12 hours". At 7:59 - 8:20 Ceave explains that it takes over 6 hours to get that high score. Also, when I commented, there were no comments like this yet.
Ceave if you put coins above a pipe and let a p-switch go it once you go into it it dosen't add time to the score, but kills all enemys . BTW this adds like 5 minutes each time the p switch expires. Which means this would take 30 hours :P
Pouncing Pixels Mario is too far into the pipe for stuff to start moving we need to move mario's position further up by black holing the pipe we can make it invisible and bypass the loading zone.
Ceave can you make a video based off of Randomized Gambling? Like maybe your randomizer can pick either goomba or coin. Then you go to a door for the coin. If the randomizer picks coin, you can proceed. But if it picks goomba, you die and you have to guess again.
(Skip to the three exclamation marks for a simplified edition)If mushrooms respawn, put four over the pipe and if coins also respawn, put them in the same place as the mushroom. So, you can mix your mushroom pipe idea with just the mushroom part, your first idea (the coin run) with just the coins, mix with the pow block idea, and you might get just a bit more points if they do not regenerate or a lot more if the coins and mushrooms do. And some checkpoints for 4000 extra points! So... !!! Do your last idea in the video, put a 2x2 of mushrooms on top of the pipe (if you didn’t do it) and behind it a 2x2 of coins (if you didn’t) and also put checkpoints... Hopefully they fit.
4:24. Its called reusable checkpoints. When Mario has triggered a checkpoint. It stays saved, but when Mario gets another checkpoint the first one gets reset to unused. Just a little notice! Love you videos Ceave and i was playing Super Mario Maker when making this comment. (Yes this is not fake but true!)
I believe there is a limit to how many items you can clone, it just crashes after that. And how many mushrooms you could clone would probably not be more than 300.000.000 points, you would need 300.000 mushrooms
A small piece of plastic like material with a side layered with sticky, gooey, clingy chemicals that stick to different kinds of surfaces and objects with the power of science and goo, o and a rubber band
Jude Lee/Ditto 73, y'all neglected to point out that Sellotape is a major British brand. Likewise, in the US we often say Scotch Tape (our biggest brand) for clear tape specifically.
What about putting a spring with a mushroom that instantly touches Mario like you did with the shell for the POW block? Maybe it isn't fast enough, but I think it should probably be a possibility, unless mushrooms follow the 1UP rule.
Hey, some more dedication! If pannenkoek can build up speed for 12 hours and Stryder7x can hit a block for 416 years, then you gotta take your 6 hours.
I like how they probably made the point counter go into the hundreds of millions thinking no one would come even close and it would be totally future proof, and you just got to 300 million plus points
no his stomach is in his hand (or foot) and not in his chest so uh yeah mario is real fat?!? reply ids so i can play them (and star them nomatter what)
This reminds me of when I had completed every part of New Super Mario Bros. (for Nintendo DS) and focused on the one remaining thing to do: max out the score counter.
