The structure in which you explain the case of Karvy is impressive mam! Introduction --> The financial pre-requisite needed to understand the case---> Actual case explanation(Karvy case in this context). You used the same structure when you explained the 2008 sub-prime crisis explanation in your "Basics of Stock Market" course. Great way to go about it mam!

Excellent video Mam, very informative, every investor must watch to get clear picture of POA and share transfer system and its misuse. Mam , for POA is there a standard format to be used by all depositories or there could be changes made by depositories. SEBI should make necessary safeguards/ changes to avoid such frauds by allowing transfers in case of transactions only not otherwise. Not allowing holding of shares in pool account for more than 3 working days etc. Thanks for creating awareness amongst investors. Keep up your good work. 👍👍

Hello Ma'am, I have some doubt. As I know demat account number is different for different brokerage. While registering in cdsl I can enter only 1 demat account number and the share will be showing in cdsl account is only from brokerage house whose demat number I have entered during registration. So how it's possible to see all the share I in same cdsl account.

Hi Mam, My query is about the 2nd fraud. Whenever there's a trade execution,seller has to have enough shares to sell and at the same time buyer has to have enough funds to buy. Trade won't get executed unless the above two conditions are met. If this is the case , how come seller's shares are transferred to the broker's pool account when the buyer didn't pay the respective amount?

Mam in without POA part you said if client didn't pay money broker keep share with him, but when anyone purchase shares money deducted or blocked at the same time, there is not even an option that he didn't pay money.... Please correct me where i am wrong

Mam, Thank You for Your videos, they are very informative and enlighten us towards a better understanding of stock markets. I had some doubts regarding the stock market. 1. Are all the companies listed in the stock market are genuine and they show their records correctly. 2.How to identify fraudulent companies or fraud involved in the stock markets. 3. Can the companies or mediators raise the share value by creating artificial demand and supply? 4. I had seen some stocks where the stock value is increasing, and everyday trading as a 52 week highest. Can this happen?

If shares are bought without margin then they are auctioned by the broker is it not? If the shares are bought by a retailer and if he fails to pay for these shres then these shares are auctioned at market rate and the profit or loss with penalty is to be borne by the retailer. Wherefrom these shares were returned to investors who failed at first place to provide margin to buy them??? what happens to unpaid account? whether amount is collected eventually from investors and shares are transferred to demat account?

Thank You Very Much... Could you please just clarify my doubt - PoA will come into picture only with the cases where we are trading in Margins. The cases where we owe to the broker else there should not be the case where they can transfer the shares to their pool AC. Could you please clarify if my understanding is correct. If these shares where those which clients had not paid. Then why have NSDL/CDSL transferred the shares to client a/c from lenders and not to an unpaid/escrow a/c presuming payment is still due?

In second scenario how are you saying the buyer ordered shares but hasn’t paid for them , when order is sent funds must be there for the order to go to exchange. Didn’t understand your explanation.

I don't understand if buyer don't pay money for share then how seller will receive cash after T+2 days. If seller don't receive money he will raise the 🔔 first. Kuch to garbar hai daya.....

this is what she is try to explain, for the dormat accounts, shares where bought using marging money ( as account holder didnt had any money in demat), they again sold those bought shares ...this was very well preplanned bocz normally email address and sms is sent on same day of transactions but Karvy did those test that those mobile numbers are inactive and email's are no more active. These things can only happen in india bocz there is no criminal procedure against financial institution, ..so just play with investors money, make millions, if get caught..pay the fine or if have connection in ministry of home affairs meet politicians in 5 star hotel.. rest u all know.

Madam, great presentations, There was something called as Investor protection in case of a company going bankrupt. Why this is not implemented? All hurdles and other inconvenience are caused only to small retail investors, the concept, the rules, the laws have been made favourable for looting small investors by brokers.
