Hi my new Kia Nero phev steering wheel cover is coming off at the bottom side I called the service department and they just want me to schedule appointment and won’t talk to me otherwise. I live 100 miles away from them and ask that I send a picture to see if they need to order a steering wheel or if they can fix it right on the spot. Now they won’t take my phone calls and won’t return a phone message. It’s a Kia Nero phev 2023 30500 miles on it
