worfoz Why the need to rape? Nowadays people can just pay for prostitute. Why take risk with raping? And the victim seems ordinary not a hotty. Until now he still jailed under accusation of raping, not be given right to defend himself. Hurmm.. something fishy is happening.

I generally keep aloof from religious explanations for the meaning of life but Prof Ramadan is quite eloquent and eye-opening. It would make a huge difference if more islamic scholars were like him.

When I was teaching in an engineering school, that school was paying me. When Tariq Ramadan taught in Oxford, *Qatar paid both Ramadan and the Oxford University for that :-D*

This is indeed a true quote from Tariq Ramadan himself -   - "My brothers and sisters, we must exploit the so-called democracy and freedom of speech here in the West to reach our goals. Our Prophet Muhammad... and the Koran teach us that we must use every conceivable means and opportunity to defeat the enemies of Allah. Tell the infidels in public, we respect your laws and your constitutions, which we Muslims believe that these are as worthless as the paper they are written on. The only law we must respect and apply is the Shari’a." Obviously, Tariq Ramadan is an enemy of our entire civilisation and people. He must be exposed for what he is.
