I have done my fistulectomy in apollo chennai.Its been 4 days now.The pain is reducing gradually.But motion is coming out from the wound.Its very disgusting.I am not able to control the pressure.If I control the motion it comes out from the wound.For how long I have to deal with this?

Do MRI costly but 100%.. Only way to know if there any fistula track. 70-80% abcess turns into fistula.after my Abcess Drainage .. I did MRI and diagnosed with fistula track.. Better to do early treatment than track devlops Secondary tracks or infecte other Tissues. Take care

@@williambower8870 it’s 8th day today, I’m going good Alhamdulillah , doctor said it will take 6 weeks after surgery to heal. Right after the surgery I didnt feel any pain for 3 days maybe because of painkillers, after 4th day started feeling mild pain till 6th day, and now I’m feeling no pain
Hi Sir, My mother had piles and done external piles surgery before 8 days but still she is suffering from pain when she pass stool. because of pain she unable to sleep at night as well as she sit bath with (dettol) hot water and could you please recommend ointment to cure pain and how long does it take to recovery to normal stage and also her body temperature is heat and she took doctor prescribed medicines but still it paining more after taking medicine. You can buy a rubber tube to insert in the anus. At the end of the tube connect a syringe full of warm water and push the water into the anus hole 3to4 time suddenly then remove the tube immediately and release the water like passing stool so the waste inside the anus come out with the water so you will get the sudden relief from the pain. I had tried this after my fistula surgery and i got good result. Try this those have severe pain.
Don't use dettol just hot water not a lot hot actually don't use anything in that water if you still want you can use neem ke pattte ka ras (juice ) otherwise nothing , dettol and other things irritate krte hai skin ko .
Got my surgery a week ago and I am fine now.(edit:since a few comments are below, I did not choose laser or any other treatment with more re occurance rate as the surgery doesn't hurt at all, I promise, only after surgery it might hurt a little for simple fistula 5 hours and complex 24 hours and a little discomfort) I have review on google with my dr taha sheikh, even my photo is there with a cat sticker.
@@nathanwarde3574 use milk of magnesia or drink fluids a lot while consuming a lot of fiber and avoid any processed foods and spicy foods you will be good you face that issue
@@wordlife_97 no, surgery doesn't hurt at all it's like you go to sleep and wake up with your fistula gone and if given spinal anesthesia take care of your back don't push it much for 48 hours. After surgery it is weird only untill you pass stool and the stool could be hard and hurting at first only.
