|what is the safe dose of lignocaine||2% Lignocaine means||Dental ji| 

As per my dental practise experience i use adrenaline in both patients ,there is no complication unless you prick even after aspiration is positive.

Important question: lignox 2% wot we use generally is 1:80000 adrenaline. And our recommendations is 1:200000. So my question is whats the difference in using, guideline is for 1:2L or same as for 1:80k and what is difference between safe dose in 1:2L and 1:80k
