@@donpula6349 There is no hard evidence that the Tomorrowverse is the DCAMU and to be honest if it is, then that means Superboy isn't coming back, and also that I have literally no interest in ever watching any tomorrowverse film.
I liked the DCAMU, wish we got more. Also too many Batman movies, not enough other hero solo movies. The way the characters looked in the beginning of Flashpoint were kinda cool looking too, wish we saw another movie of that .
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
I don’t think the Tomorrowverse is a sequel to the DCAMU. Flash doesn’t have any memory of the past universe. And the Constantine short didn’t seem to be part of the Tomorrowverse since it had a different art style
Tommorowverse and DCAMU Flash are the same person I'd think. He actually came from a universe before the DCAMU. In Flashpoint Paradox (2012) Barry and the Justice League diffuse those bombs and then Barry leaves and causes the Flashpoint to occur. When he fixes what he changed he's in the DCAMU, a different one from the one Barry came from initially (the universe where Flash and the Justice League destroy the bombs). This is a later point in time in the DCAMU. Prior to Barry regaining his memories of the Flashpoint, there was a Barry Allen Flash that participated in things like Justice League: War up till the point where he regains his memories like he stated in Flashpoint Paradox while talking with Batman. My point is that Barry might not remember what happened before right now, but if this is a similar situation with him being the source of a universal reboot, he could potentially remember events from the DCAMU at a later date.
@@antoniodelvillar2361 It could be a good explanation, however the audience would accuse them of lazy writing because you could accept it in War for forgetting that piece of information, but doing it again would feel wrong.
The Kamandi short is also a part of the tomorrowverse because it has the same art style. It probably takes place in a possible future, but that’s just my take on it.
I honestly like the Tomorrowverse artsyle. It definitely gets better over time. You can see the difference when it comes to the first movie in the series, "Superman: Man of Tomorrow" and the 3rd movie in the series, "Green Lantern: Beware My Power" their is a significant difference in the artsyle quality, probably because they found what they wanted with the artsyle and improved on it to where it is now, i honestly have high hopes for the Tomorrowverse.
The end credit scene to the animated movie Vixen is also a part of the shorts to the tommorow verse because it shows how Vixen is recruited to the justice league and is there in green lantern
superman and batman wre good films. justice society and especially green lantern were letdowns. I did not like lantern, I've been waiting so long for a John steward movie and this is what they gave us.
The House of Mystery isn’t part of the Tomorrowverse, the idea that it’s a reboot caused by Apokolips War is just a theory at this point. However there is a good chance the Kamandi short is part of the Tomorrowverse since the prisoner who gave Superman his costume in Justice Society looks just like him and some of his comments imply he’s from a future, and he got the Superman costume at the end of his short.
Tomorrowverse fans will pretty much bombard the discussion about ANY DC animated movie with the insistence that they are connected to the tomorrowverse in some way, shape or form from what i've seen .They wanted the Supersons movie to be part of their universe until the trailer revealed it to be CGI and with a completely different voice for Superman/Batman.
if there is also a marvel animated movie universe similar to dcamu where avengers other superhero teams and their allies can save and protect new york city and world from villains supervillains and criminals while they also stop and defeat the mad titan and cosmic alien demon god thanos from becoming all most powerful legendary and ultimate being in the universe by gain his god-like infinite cosmic powers and infinity stones and gauntlet to save earth and the universe.
yeah while in avengers infinity war as final movie for marvel animated movie universe where avengers other superhero teams and their allies also stop and defeat the mad titan and cosmic alien demon god thanos from becoming all most powerful legendary and ultimate being in the universe by gain his god-like infinite cosmic powers and infinity stones and gauntlet to aave earth and the universe.
Completely new. Didn't know any of this stuff. That said: it seems like it's definitely worth watching. (If only there was some way of accessing this series. [Clearly, it's gonna be good.] Was good? Is good? Whatever. [You know what I mean.].)
Love the writing style and characterizations, hate the art style and pacing. They skipped some big beats in this continuity, but what they have done is quality.
The DCAMU was based off the new 52 line up from the 2010's reboot I believe. I'm not 100% sure but from I've gathered that's why they looked like the did. Modern update based off of the comics of that time. This is more to the old classics. Hence why you see characters with underpants on the outside. Both I think are good, it's more of the story that was epic. The DCAMU was very well told story wise. Defiantly could of had more solo movies for other characters.
Isn't that from Batman The Dark Knight Metal comic books with the Batman who laughs (Joker Batman)? I never read them, but I remember hearing about them a lot, also, I've seen some Joker Batman statues around too.
I'm being spied on...I literally typed "tomo" after watching a unrelated video tht someone mentioned tomorrowverse in then i said out loud "what is the tomorrowverse" scrolled dwn and saw this video
Yk I think your right like it's a reboot in terms of animation style but it's the continuation of the old universe but now has a whole new continuity of events
For those playing at home, CANNONICAL means it takes place in the place continuity. Catwoman can't be "cannonically" connected with Young Justice (lucky her), and NOT be part of that universe. That's like saying you burnt your fingers on an ice cream cone, or that RU-vidr knows what he's talking about.
No it's not because flash said in justice society I have never seen such a big team before so it's not the outcome of the second flashpoint it's its own universe no connection
someone in the comment section explained this better than i could, but the flash had to remember that flashpoint happened so he might just not remember the second flashpoint he did.
I mean tbf, flash didt remember batman in war despite meeting him prior in flashpoint paradox so perhaps barry just forgets whenever he does a flashpoint that or the war movie was originally meant to be self contained from the flashpoint paradox flim
There are also those who think the child in the prison cell I'm Justice society is the character kamandi from the "kamandi the last boy on earth" from the short...just on that earth he's alive during ww2
I didn't watch the batman one caus i wasn't sure it was apart of the tomorrowverse and I'm done with stand alone dc shows i want a whole universe(connectivity) so this video helped is what I'm tryna say
Thank you for this video...I found you after watching "Crisis on Infinite Earths Part 1" at a friend's place and I was confused AF!!! NGL...This "Tomorrowverse kind of sucks...what the hell has happened to the DC animated universe??? I mean, I know the comics have been trash for a while now but WOW!!!
I have two questions: Do you know if crirsis in infite words is related to the second flash point? (I really want to see Raven again :'v) and what movie is playing at minute 2:40? Thank you
I hope this is a long running universe with more than 50 movies leading to a crisis on infinite earths also I would love to see this version of Death and Reign of Superman, Wonder Woman vs more mythical beings, Green Lantern invasion of red lantern and Blackest Night event etc.
A year let but They just make it so disconnected each movie is good on its own. But together its not the best makes me worry for james gunns DCU cuz thats what hes doing. Making separate movies that dont bounce off eachother to be a universe
Green Lantern Beware my Power doesn't have Hal in it does it? If not I wount even bother watching it. F-that S. Although at least it isn't Kid Lantern.
I want to see the Superboy from Reign of the Supermen come back and to be honest I do not like the Tomorrowverse continuity at all. I want the DCAMU to come back, they had the best version of Superboy in animation and now he's gone forever - cursed to never come back. Fuck DC.
