Our guest on September 20th, 2022, for the first event in the series, was Neil Brenner, principal of the Urban Theory Lab and Lucy Flower Professor of Sociology at University of Chicago, who talked with Urban Studies program director Samuel Zipp about planetary urbanization, climate change, and redrawing our understanding of urban form for future challenges.
