So, when this episode came out, I watched it live with some friends over discord and I jokingly said "watch konk be ted" and then look what happened. I'm too scared to make any more predictions.

As others mentioned, yes, the Ted is Paul's coworker just in another universe/timeline. Be ready as you will meet other old characters a long with some new ones. 😉

It was so cool revisiting this with you after seeing the new episodes. Let me tell ya, the glow up over time is HUGE. Also in case you're still wondering, Jeff Blim: Musical Genius wrote all of the nightmare time songs, and his co-genius at the keyboard is Matt Dahan. He did all of the musical direction for Hatchetfield as well as the piano accompaniment (and co-wrote Starry)

Hope you continue the nightmare time series. Something to note, as iconic as Hidgens is, Robert Manion has been out under review with an HR person due to some issues between him and a band member from starkid. From what I’ve seen it’s mostly been cleared up but I think it is important to mention. So season 1 you can appreciate the talent but, he is not in the next season. Again I’m not super informed so don’t quote me, but it should be said. And Starkid is dealing with it really well, and hopefully in the future we’ll see him return.

Weird to think everyone is required to know, but no big deal. But, demanding that they also mention it? Like...why though? Another part of shame/cancel culture I don't understand.

@@jaroddraycounty I mean I never said that everyone needs to mention it. But it is information that’s good to have out there even in just one comment, cause it can be triggering to some. There’s not an intentional shaming or cancelling. I’ve said that I hope to see him return to the company, but ignoring it entirely isn’t good either. So better to have it mentioned and let people decide for themselves.

uh i fucking hope robert doesn't return... the man has a history of sweeping scandals under the rug and refusing to listen when people call out his bullshit. he's been transphobic multiple times, he's had embarrassing public twitter fights for no reason, and he literally s*xually h*rassed a coworker?? yeah. he's pissed me off for too long and FINALLY now he's been fired.

@@dysenteryworld Not necessarily saying that I disagree with you, but just to mention, I think he tecnically wasn't fired. The only thing starkid sayed was that he isn't going to be in nightmare time 2. And even tho starkid is dealing with this pretty well, I still don't know how to feel about the fact that for the most part they keep considering Robert a friend. But I guess that's up to them and not to us really.

I don't know when you recorded this but by now all episodes of season one are already on youtube, so you're good to go. Season two is actually running right now, so let's watch those next year when they hit youtube

The guy was Matt Dahan he is INCREDIBLE! all of NMT music is improvised (apart from the songs). Jeff wrote the songs but Matt has written shows too: Starry and 3 seasons of Pulp Musicals (3 COMING LATER THIS SUMMER)
