The guy is just great

It's a pity a trained lawyer and a law lecturer does not acquaint himself with the constitution. These imunity clauses Yankuba is invoking have been ruled as having no legal effects as they have been iligally inserted in the constitution by the parliament in 2001. That is to say that these immunity clauses were not there when the constitution first came into effect on January 1997, therefore the NA acted ultra vires by inserting those immunity clauses without going via a referandum.
