Hi. I failed my dissertation and I was considering filing for FLR but I couldn't afford it as I was told the application fees costs over 3500 pounds. I was advised to apply for a fee waiver application, with the hope that my results will be released before the waiver application is determined. The waiver application was denied, but I have now provisionally passed my dissertation. My dissertation score will be confirmed by the school board on 12th of August and I have until 15 of August to file an FLR application. My question is do I proceed to file an FLR application or can I now apply for a graduate visa? Thank you
