I homeschool my 9 and 12yr old and they really do chill after a while. Taking my 6yr old out soon and I'm so looking forward to her not being so highly strung. They learn to chill in their home and I don't feel like I have to provide them with activities constantly. It's so nice!

When you first mentioned your going for haircuts today, I was surprised because the boys' hair didn't seem all that long to me, but of course afterward the short sides do look neater. Ben, your cut also looks terrific and the longer top draws the eyes up, which makes us all look more youthful. And it may be hard for you to see, but your longer hair does reveal you to have a head of hair that many men would envy.
I wanted to let you know zoe that for us homeschooling has calmed our life down definitely some but we still have busy times with kids in sports all winter and summer and medical kids we are still running sometimes but we do alot of it as a family. Because we chose to be able to not have school to worry about as part of that schedule. We love homeschooling, my kids still see friends but wouldn't go back as they all are (now) Neurodivergent so all have had struggles.
I love the sound of waves hitting the shore, wish we lived closer to the ocean cause I can go to sleep listening to the waves. We live a about 45 minutes from the beach. Its been so hot here lately, it was 98 with a heat index of 102. We've been under heat advisory everyday for last few weeks. Enjoy your summer. I'll send some of our heat to you if you send some cold to us, LOL
I always found the first few days of holidays hard there was always a bit of testing the boundaries and adjusting to all day at home - I was lucky that they were very good at inventing their own things to do - Sylvanian families are the best little set ups used to appear all round the house 😂 Ben your hair is looking great 👍🏻 you’re too young to look bald and Zoe is a great mum, how she stays calm with so much to do I will never know ❤

I do think if you are thinking of home school it may be better to move on it sooner rather than later so if it doesn’t work out for whatever reason the kids can get back into school without missing more crucial years. As well as having a few more years of primary to get used to home schooling before the high schools years of yous stick to it

I feel so sorry for the kids when the school holidays are pants weather! I suffer from anxiety as well and sometimes I feel anxious for no reason and I can never relax. My husband says I’m like a cat on a hot tin roof and I don’t know how to chill and relax. I do look around for things to do. The weather has been epically pants hasn’t it! 🥴 As you were talking about the kids all being highly strung for the first week or so of school holidays and that after that they are more relaxed, I was thinking that this is what our lives are like all the time. Because the girls are home educated they are used to each others company and therefore we have hardly any bickering or arguments and everyone is pretty chill. And then you asked any home educators out there if that’s what life is like!! 🤣 It is definitely a far more relaxed lifestyle for sure. Xxx loved the vlog as always guys, hair cuts look fab!
Ben I love your energy it's non-stop. The children are so blessed to have the parents like yourselves, you always put them first. I want to thank Zoe for all she has done with her clothing it has given me confidence for the first time in my life and I am 57. This week I've worn a dress. I've worn a jumpsuit with thin straps none of this I could have done before watching any of this with Zoe. She's an amazing lady and she deserves the recognition for it so thank you. Ben the hair looks fab you look so much younger! Zoe yes home schooling is so much calmer, during warm days I would lay a blanket set out our picnic hamper and we would read and eat talk about insects and their important roles in nature, we would school trips to,local zoos, garden centres to buy plants and put them in the garden , everything is a lesson my son reading ages was three years older than his age group! It wasn’t something I thought about but my son was not coping even though he was in an autistic school! ❤❤❤
Zoe , you have to take each day as it comes to you , I want your doughnut, please yummy , so times curtain foods can give you moods swings , chocolate is really bad for me , I'm better of little and often , I find a good natural yogurt and fruit give me energy, melon strawberries and porridge, good and apples are brill , to many carbs not good , ginger lemon first thing with hot water , x plus your now getting older , sorry but it takes you longer to wake up , but when lock down was on it was hard but people got more family time, so it was more relaxed, everything a rush these days , I hate appointments, going in banks not that there is many , now , there's no money saving , I do think your similar to me Zoe , but I couldn't do the try on vlogs your a gem when it comes down to them , Zoe do you think early swims may do you good , even children would enjoy 👊👍😘 xxx

Zoe don't be hard on yourself people who say nasty things about are just horrible and I think they are jealous of what you've got you've got a great hubby and beautiful children I watch when Ben was taking the kids to the shop and little flo as running over the road with the other kids like to say the road is dangerous little flo is growing up and bless Joseph having his hair cut at thebarbers he must think its a boy thing Toby and Ben and Joseph looked lovely with the hair cuts and Ben really suits his hair like that zoe and Ben enjoy all the kids before you know it they will all be grown up I think once they start at senior school you blink and they are leaving senior school I know my son is 52 doesn't seem that long ago he was a little one and his 3 kids are 28 in August 24 in July and the little un as I call him in 6 foot and 21 in march . I think where have the years gone and I was 70 in may gone I can't believe where the times gone love fran xxxxx ❤
