Voltage is simply difference b/w Higher to lower potential difference. Assume at one point potential is 500 & at another point potential is 200 then when we connect both through electrical wire then the flow of potential start & resultant potential will be 500- 200 = 300 v. Now you know flow of electron is know as current I = v/R so that assume conductor resistance is 100 them I = 300/100 = 3 A

Ya bro magnetic field is also generate on Dc supply. Per jesa ap jante ho dc supply me votage wave constant hoti usi prakar iske dvara bna magnetic field bhi static hoga. Static hone ka matlab time ke sath uski value same rahegi. Just like your permanent magnet. Per ac supply me megnet ka flux time ke sath vary karega sinosoidal wave ke jesa

Iska koi straight formula nhi hota ye motor ki design per depend karta h ki primary winding ka reactance kitna h usi ke respect me phase displacement creat karne ke liye running winding ke series me capacitor use me lete h. Per ye company apni design me parameter tay karti ki kitna phase difference creat karna h... Ye hum nikal sakte h agar hum apne hisab se set kare to.... Baki to hum sirf anuman hi lagate h.... Jaruri nhi ki ap fix rating ka hi capacitor kam me lo... Capacitor starting torque bnana isliye value thodi kam jyada ho to koi ferk nhi pdta running pe..
