14:27 Its not about maturity when it comes to cases like this. There are many different factors that go into successfully manipulating and grooming underage girls(and boys). Power dynamics , the girls mental health, different circumstances in her life etc. Even if a 16 yo girl knows it’s wrong and weird for a grown up to talk the way ** did, she might still have difficulty getting away from him. This can be due to many reasons, most commonly is that the minor feels alone or maybe they haven’t gotten a lot of attention from other through out their life. Groomers abuse those circumstances and manipulate minors by showering them with attention and affection. They realize something’s off, but another side thinks; ”maybe its okay this time..? He’s the only person that has ever given me this much attention, if he stops talking to me I’ll be completely alone..” Maybe the girls are scared to cut off contact, what if the groomer gets angry or does something to threaten them to come back? There are many things like this that needs to be taken into account when talking about grooming, specifically why the victims stay even though they can tell that something isn’t quite right.

Where I live, age of consent is 16, but sending porn or nudes... inciting sexual behaviour urging em to be sexual IS ALWAYS ILLEGAL if not adult age. All charges were dropped due to lack of evidence.
